Our own design, this Sugar Skull features intricate carving in the design, and is set with precious gemstones including Tsavorite garnet, Iolite, Topaz, Golden Beryl, Garnet,  lab Padparasha Sapphire, and more.  The color options in the sugar skulls will vary as all are hand selected and set. The designed bail is a spiderweb design and comes with Leather Cord, and Sterling Silver box chain so you can switch out. 2 inches in length and 1 1/4 inch wide.
